To log into the Helm 4 Control Panel you must have three pieces to your credentials:

1. Account Name
2. Login Name
3. Password

Each Helm account has a single "Account Name", but it can have any number of logins.  The main admistrator for the account can create additional logins if needed.

If you are the administrator for the account, your "Account Name" will generally be your "Login Name" also.  If you have created additional logins, then you would login with the primary "Account Name", your "Login Name", and the password for the login name.

Example:

Administrator Account Name: BigAdmin
Administrator Login Name: BigAdmin
Administrator password: pAs$w0rd

The administrator creates a new login for a new user to have access to the account with different priviledges.  The new login is: jack.  So for "jack" to login, he would do the following:

Account Name: BigAdmin
Login Name: jack
Password: jack$passw0rd
